October 1 Comp360 Update - New Resources + What Others Are Doing
by Katrina Marschner on October 1, 2025

Hi everyone,
We’re officially in Week 5 of the Agency Compensation 360 study, and we’re about a month from wrapping up.
This Week’s Scoreboard
- Florida - 45 completions
- Missouri - 43 completions
- Michigan - 36 completions
We’ve made great progress, but there’s still ground to cover, and your push now will make the difference.
Participant Lists
Evan Leitch will be following up with each of you separately with the latest participant lists.
Data Security
We want to stress the importance of data security and anonymity regarding the Comp360 survey. Nobody outside of the individuals managing the survey will have access to any identifying information. All data will be anonymized and aggregated before being shown within the Analytics portal.
In addition, if you have any agencies expressing concern about anonymity, please instruct them to use an identifier, such as an employee ID, initials or first name - DO NOT use the employee's full name. We include a call-out about this on the "Input Agency Employee Data" screen of the survey, but you are welcome to reinforce it in your conversations with your members.
Key Messaging Reminders
- Exclusivity: If members don’t complete the survey, they will not receive the results. No completion = no data.
- Simplicity: The biggest hurdle is just getting folks to finish. Keep the ask simple and direct.
Fresh Messaging Materials
We’ve added new content and graphics to make this week’s outreach easier.

What Other States Are Doing
- Florida: Attached are copies of the emails Agata’s team sent, including newsletters, plus a blog published by Kyle Ulrich.
- Minnesota: Win Twins Tickets Contest
- Louisiana: CEO Q&A with Ben Albright
- Oklahoma: “Good Monday Morning” Webinar
If you’ve tried something that’s working in your state, reply and let us know. We’ll share it with the group.
Thanks,
Katrina (filling for in for Jennifer)
