The Role

As a Catalyit Tech Consultant, you’ll work directly with member agencies to:

• Interpret Agency Tech Assessment results
• Analyze tech stacks and uncover gaps
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Advise on automation and AI use cases
• Guide system integrations across core platforms
• Support implementation of new tools and process changes
• Deliver clear, actionable roadmaps
• Facilitate leadership conversations and guide change

This is hands-on work with real agencies making real decisions.

What We're Looking For

• You’ve worked inside or closely alongside independent insurance agencies
• You understand agency management systems, integrations, and workflows
• You have experience with implementation or system rollouts
• You’re comfortable leading conversations with agency leadership
• You can translate data into decisions
• You’re practical, not theoretical
• You collaborate well and communicate clearly
