A strategist, operator, teacher, coach, and communicator who understands independent insurance and knows how to make AI work inside an agency.

Insurance industry experience is required.

Requirements

• Experience in the independent insurance industry
• Deep understanding of agency operations, workflows, and technology
• Hands-on experience applying AI to real business problems
• Experience leading consulting engagements from discovery through implementation
• Strong facilitation, presentation, teaching, and writing skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
