We can’t believe it's already been a year since we moved into HubSpot and updated our database, and we would appreciate your help with an updated membership list.

I’ve attached an example of the format we are looking to collect. As part of our ongoing initiative to reach the right people within your agencies, we’ve found that in addition to agency primary contacts and principals, Young Agents as well as those in Operations, IT, and Technology roles are often the most engaged within the agency. If you collect this information, we ask that you include these contacts as well.

If you haven’t already provided us with an updated membership list for your state, please send your updated list by Friday, March 6. If you need a link to your secure folder to upload your membership list, please let me know.

Also, we are in a push to collect data for the 2026 State of Tech Report, which will publish in early April. Every completed Agency Tech Assessment feeds directly into the report.

I’ve attached a graphic, with social copy below, you can share with your members to promote this initiative. We also recommend you include this in your newsletter.
