FAQs: Exdion Services via Catalyit
For Catalyit Full Access Subscribers who are new Exdion customers, Exdion offers:
- Policy Checking Services:
- $14.50 per Commercial Lines policy (minimum 200 policies annually)
- $6.00 per Personal Lines policy (minimum 200 policies annually)
- $12.00 per Quote Compare (minimum usage TBD) – Quote Compare coming soon from Exdion!
No, there are no startup fees for purchasing Exdion’s services through Catalyit.
- Monthly Billing: Catalyit will bill you monthly at the start of each month, dividing the annual cost evenly across 12 months.
- Payment Terms: Payments are auto-billed via credit card or bank account and due within 15 days. You are required to keep a credit card or bank account on file.
- Overages: If you exceed your monthly policy allocation, the overage will be billed the following month.
- Agreement and Invoice: While your agreement will be signed directly with Exdion, your invoices for policy-checking services will come from Catalyit.
- Non-Payment: Non-payment exceeding 15 days may result in a service suspension.
- Catalyit-Billed Services: Billed directly by Catalyit for core policy-checking services.
- Direct Services for AMS Integration: Larger agencies seeking an Agency Management System (AMS) integration will work directly with Exdion for implementation and billing. However, they can still take advantage of Catalyit’s discounted rates for Policy Checking and Quote Compare services.
Unused policies do not carry over to the next month. Overages get billed to the next month.
- Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice to Exdion before the annual renewal.
- If cancelling mid-year, 60 days’ written notice to Exdion is required.
Catalyit facilitates the referral and billing for most services, while Exdion provides the policy-checking solutions directly to your agency.
